I chose to become a physician, and specifically an OB/GYN, because I was inspired by the profound role this field plays in people’s lives. Obstetrics and gynecology offer the privilege of caring for patients through milestones that are both deeply personal and medically complex—whether welcoming a new life, guiding someone through reproductive health decisions, or supporting them through illness and recovery. My philosophy of care is grounded in compassion, respect, and partnership. I believe patients are experts in their own lives, and my role is to bring medical knowledge while listening carefully to their values, experiences, and goals. I strive to provide evidence-based care that is also individualized, because true healing happens when patients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My clinical interests include the management of high-risk pregnancy and robotic surgery. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, knitting, yoga, and cycling.
