I would definitely do business with them again.
I've had several home inspections in the past and the report from Confident Home Inspection was by far the most detailed. Britt followed up with me several times during the purchase of my home to see if I had further questions. I would definitely do business with them again.

We are now able to plan repairs much more accurately,
Confident Home Inspection told us not only the “you have tos” but also the “you might want tos.” We are now able to plan repairs much more accurately, which will ultimately save us money. We also learned quick and easy maintenance tips to help keep up the long-term value of our house.

Working with Confident and Britt Treece was overall a really good experience for my wife and me. Talking with him really helped us understand our house better. He not only did the inspection, but also explained what things we need to do to keep the resale value up. I plan on working with Confident again for our next inspection.

Britt did a very thorough job
Confident Home Inspection opened my eyes to a lot of aspects of my house that I didn’t even know existed! Britt did a very thorough job doing our home inspection, and also took the time to talk us through things about our house that were important for us as owners and potential sellers.
